JIM ACCORDINO

Jim was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. He moved to Atlanta in 1979. After spending 30+ years in the financial services space, working for TSYS & MetaBank, he retired and remained retired for 8 years prior to joining the Stewart Home in June of 2024.

Jim is married to Kit. They have 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 2 dogs.

Jim also has been a volunteer at the National Infantry Museum for the past 8 years.

JENNIFER SOWELL

Jennifer has worked for the Stewart Home for seven years. Although her roles have changed over the years, she has always worked closely with the residents from Activities Director to Case Manager to her current role as Senior Director of Operations. She has been married for the past 30 years and has three children, four grandchildren and a dog named Bones who the residents love. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

MELICA LENOIR

Melica started at the Stewart Home Oct. 2019 in our Med room. Over the years, she has worn multiple hats and is now our Senior Case Manager. She is very hands-on with our residents; you will find her dancing and singing down the hallways. Melica has been married to her husband Matt for 11 years and has three children, Coraleigh, Hailee, and Owen. She also has two dogs, Stella & Moose and

two cats Cosmos & Olive. Melica loves spending time with her family, taking care of her plants and sitting outside birdwatching.

REGINA BLOUNT, RN

Regina was born at Ft. Benning and has lived in the Smiths/Salem area for most of her life. With experience in various types of nursing, she retired from her full-time position in 2021. She is married to Allen and has 1 daughter, 2 stepsons, 2 grandchildren and 2 dogs.

REBECCA PETTUS

Rebecca was born and raised in North Vernon, Indiana. Rebecca has been in the medical field as a Certified Nurse’s aide, Care giver, Home Health Aide for over 25 years. She has lived in Georgia for about 5 years now. Rebecca has been with Stewart Community home for about 4 ½ years now.

Rebecca is married to her husband Jerry and they have 3 dogs. Rebecca has a son, a daughter, and 2 granddaughters.

FAYE MOORE

Faye was born in Russell County, AL. She moved to Columbus in 1981. She has been married to her husband Clifton for 17 years. They have one daughter and one granddaughter. Faye has worked faithfully at the Stewart Home for 17 years.
